Flatworks Gaming is a hobby game company located in Alexandria, Kentucky. We create and publish board, card and dice games for the growing tabletop gaming industry. Flatworks Gaming was founded in April 2014 by Mike Warth, Charlie Sinning and Craig Blythe.

Mike Warth (@MWarth)
Mike provides a unique perspective and background to the Flatworks Team. Mike has been an avid gamer most of his life and even started creating games at a young age. As a GM for many years, Mike demonstrated his skill at being creative, understanding how to make games fun and designed games for use with friends. With Mike's life experience in a broad range of areas, his skills cross over nicely into running a game company. Mike comes to the team with knowledge of business, writing, budgeting, marketing, sales, technology, database, software development, communications, software testing, business analysis, project management and supervisory experience. Mike is an U.S. Air Force Veteran and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Informatics. |

Charlie Sinning (@ChasSinning)
Charlie brings a wealth of experience in both technical fields and gaming fields to this endeavor. Charlie has over 25 years experience in the Computer Aided Design / Drafting field. He has worked in such diverse fields as aircraft engines, architecture and industrial HVAC design. This brings to the company an understanding of time tables, deadlines and project management, as well as design elements. With over 30 years as a GM, Charlie has a real talent for making every game he runs into something exciting, engaging and most important, FUN. Charlie has honed his GM skills to be able to understand the dynamics of a game, so that all levels, from beginner to advanced, players will enjoy the game while also learning the strategies needed to continue to advance their own gaming skills. He enjoys the traditional game styles (board, card and dice) as well as the online game formats (WoW, EVE Online, Guild Wars 1 & 2). The world of RPG games is one he has been involved in, both as a GM and a player, since 1982. Charlie also has an interest in comic books and anime. |

Craig Blythe (@papabearcab)
Craig Blythe is not your typical gamer, which is what makes him perfect for Flatworks. Craig has been the minister of youth at his church for the past 14 years and is currently the assistant youth pastor; as he has 2 youth students of his own. Craig has been inventing, testing, and playing games with his youth group for 17 years. He has a knowledge of what works, what doesn’t, and how students learn and react to all types of activity games, board games, and RPG’s. Craig used to write stories and fairy tales to tell his children, now he stays fresh by writing stories and adventures letting his kids improvise off of those stories. He is active in game nights among friends as well as play testing with Mike and Charlie as well as years spent in RPG with both of these good friends. He has a very vivid and active imagination, and reads anything he can (fiction is a favorite), anytime he can. His great joy recently is having his kids start a Pathfinder game with him, nothing quite like watching your son, a Paladin, kill his first goblin. Craig is excited and blessed to be working with two of his best friends in this new endeavor. In his spare time, he is an HVAC technician. |
