2022 and still Kicking!

Hello everyone,

It has been a long time since we put out some news, so we thought a catch post is needed!

• In 2018, we were busy with fulfilling the Kickstarter for Dwarven Smithy and selling the game at conventions. 
• In 2019, we decided to do a Kickstarter for metal coins and again, busy at conventions selling the game and coins.
• In 2020, we made an expansion for Dwarven Smithy - Masterforge. We planned to have a big year at Origins, but COVID happened.
• Also in 2020, we were going to run a Kickstarter for Squadron Dice, but it did not happen. Good thing though, we added a new die into the game that has really changed how it plays and it has added much more fun into the game.
• Rest of 2020 and 2021 was COVID, and that is enough about that subject!

2022
This year has kicked off with a bang though. If you notice on the website, we added Squadron Dice and Paraphrase as up coming games. Squadron Dice will Kickstart in October, and Paraphrase will Kickstart in August at Gen Con. We are excited about both of these games and both are in the final stages of art and will be ready to go! Dwarven Smithy has been such a great game that we are down to just a few copies left. We are considering doing a 2nd print run later this year. We will make a decision after Origins in June and we may need to do another Kickstarter to get the funds to do it. Say tuned!

Our goal is to put out two games per year and grow Flatworks into a strong publisher. We continue to work with our Cincinnati Tabletop Game Designer Group and keep bring you fun games to play and enjoy. Thanks to all our supporters for keeping Flatworks moving!
